COLDSTREAM suffered another heavy, humiliating defeat at Home Park on Saturday and are now destined for relegation. Mark Lamb again brought in new players for this match and reshuffled the side but they were no match for City who managed to score at regular intervals and the Streamers conceded seven goals for the second successive week.

The Streamers started quite well without really creating any chances but at least they were managing to contain the pacy City attack - but not for long!
On the half hour mark City were awarded a corner and Caddow rose unchallenged in front of goal to head powerfully home for the opener.
Coldstream equalised just five minutes later when Josh Hebdon, Coldstream man of the match on the day, sent in a great cross from the right which was headed into the net by a City defender for an own goal. However, City simply stepped up a gear and tore through the Coldstream defence to add two more goals before the interval.

In the second half the Coldstream manager shuffled his pack but it was to no avail as City took control and seemed to be able to score at will and before long they were 7-1 up. Coldstream scored a consolation goal through John Crawford.

Only a miracle will prevent Coldstream from being relegated now and Mark Lamb has his work cut out if they are to pick up any more points at all before the end of what has been a disappointing season.
